Any discrepancies should be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt/delivery. We will refund you in total if you are not happy with the quality of our products, however, the return shipping fee should be undertaken by your side.

Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Returned products will be replaced or repaired at our discretion provided there is no evidence of abuse, misuse or accident(dropping). However, the following cases do not apply in:

1. Once the sealed products are unsealed, they cannot be returned to us.
2. Any customized orders.
