PH Orthcom hold the rights to repair or replace defective instruments free-of-charge at our opinion, any complaints have to be reported to our salesman within 10days after receipt of goods. We take all endeavors to guarantee our clients rights at the utmost. However, the following terms and conditions are out of our warranty coverage.

1. Damages due to accident(dropping), misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use or modification of any part of the equipment. 
2. Damage due to improper operation or maintenance, connection to improper voltage supply (if applicable) 
3. Attempted repair by any other party other than PH Orthcom.

Repairs are carried out in PH Orthcom’s workshop whenever possible. Cost of repair and replacements varies with different products, damages and your coverage under warranty.

During the warranty period, if the same quality problem still happens after maintenance, we will replace it by new product at free of charge.
